Inflate the balloon leaving 2-6 inches at the end. This will determine how big you can make your bubbles for the dog.
Starting from the knot side of the balloon. Make a loop twist about 4-6 inches long, figure A. Holding the balloon as in, figure B, twist the balloons together to lock twist them in place. This will be the ears and nose of your dog.
Leaving a small bubble for the neck follow, figure C, make a loop twist like the face and ears of the dog. Lock twist them together.
Leave a portion of the balloon for the body of the dog.
The size of the body will depend on how much is left of your balloon and if you would like a small body and big tail, or a long body and small tail.
Determine the size you would like for the body of the dog. Make another loop twist the same size as the front legs. Lock twist it together. The remaining balloon will be the tail.
