1. Blow up balloon leaving about a 1/2 tail.
2: Tie or twist the ends together.
3: Bend and shape the middle of the balloon to form the heart.
Bend and play with it. While holding the middle, gently squeeze the top loops while holding the bottom of the heart works too.
Yeaaa you made a heart !
